A friendly welcome can make someone’s appointment feel easier before it even begins. We’re looking for a Patient Services Representative who enjoys meeting people, brings positive energy, and wants to build a career supporting patients and a busy healthcare team.

New to healthcare? There’s room to learn.

You don’t need previous medical office experience. We’ll introduce you to appointment scheduling, patient registration, privacy procedures, and the systems you’ll use. You’ll work closely with the front office team and clinical colleagues, with guidance as you learn.

Help each visit get off to a good start

• Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Schedule appointments and update booking details.
• Help patients complete registration forms and check that information is accurate.
• Answer incoming calls and everyday questions about appointments and office procedures.
• Keep patients informed about next steps and direct medical questions to clinical staff.
• Maintain organized records and protect confidential information.

A warm approach, clear communication, and reliable follow-through matter here. You should feel comfortable speaking with different people, using a computer, and checking details carefully, even when reception gets busy.
