Patient Services Representative

📍 Ortigas, Pasig

🕒 Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift

Are you experienced in customer service, healthcare support, medical billing, or US healthcare accounts?

We are looking for a Patient Services Representative to join our team and provide excellent support to patients while assisting with appointments, account inquiries, and billing-related concerns.

Job Responsibilities

As a Patient Services Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and empathetic manner
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups
• Answer inquiries related to patient accounts, billing, payments, and balances
• Support patients with insurance, eligibility, and general healthcare-related questions
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding services and account concerns
• Maintain and update patient records in the system
• Escalate complex issues as needed to the appropriate team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in BPO, customer service, or healthcare support
• Experience in a US healthcare account is highly preferred
• Background in medical billing, patient services, insurance verification, claims, or appointment scheduling is a strong advantage
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable handling voice-based patient support
• Proficient in using computer systems and multiple applications
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
• Must be available for night shift
