Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Patient Services Representative for a per diem position in Bradenton, FL. The ideal candidate should have strong dental front-office or treatment coordination experience, excellent customer service skills, and hands-on experience with Denticon.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling.
• Coordinate dental appointments, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
• Assist patients with insurance and financial questions.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain applicable benefits.
• Coordinate treatment costs, payment options, and financial arrangements.
• Maintain accurate patient information and digital charts.
• Use dental software systems for scheduling, documentation, and patient records.
• Communicate effectively with dentists, clinical staff, and patients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of dental treatment coordination or front office experience – Required
• 6+ months of Denticon experience in the dental industry – Required
• In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, insurance coding, and financial coordination.
• Experience with dental software systems and digital charting.
• Experience answering telephones.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a dental, medical, or other healthcare office.
• Knowledge of HMO/PPO insurance plans.
• Experience with patient scheduling and treatment coordination.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent – Required
