This dynamic full-time position earns competitive pay of $18/hour during our comprehensive 90-day training program, increasing to $19/hour upon completion plus performance bonuses. ABOUT NAVIGATE HEALTH AND WELLNESS

Our hours are Monday and Thursday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Tuesday 11:30am - 7:00pm (with team meeting and training), Wednesday 7:30am - 2:00pm, and Friday (By Appt Only) 9:00am - 12:00pm. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PATIENT THERAPY TECHNICIAN

Our Patient Therapy Technician is the heart of our advanced therapy department and patient retention success. 80% of your role focuses on delivering cutting-edge therapies including SoftWave tissue regeneration, lumbar and cervical decompression, knee traction and red light therapy. You pride yourself in building genuine trust and rapport as you educate patients about their treatment protocols, guide them through their healing journey, and help them achieve optimal results. 20% of your role supports essential patient retention and administrative functions including follow-up with missed appointments, patient reactivation, scheduling coordination, and front desk support. You answer questions, explain treatment benefits, and are passionate about helping families complete their care plans successfully. At the end of the day, your role is to ensure every patient receives exceptional therapy care while maximizing treatment compliance and practice growth!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Spanish speaking highly preferred (not required)
• High school diploma required
• Healthcare or anatomy experience required
