Patio Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Patio Sales Representative to join the Patio Perfect team in Perth. This is a full-time position based in Perth WA 6000. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting our premium patio and outdoor living solutions to both residential and commercial customers. You will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the Perth region.

Key responsibilities

• To present yourself on time, every time to potential customers
• Present and demonstrate patio products and outdoor living solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits
• Conduct needs assessments with customers to understand their requirements and recommend tailored patio solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations to potential clients
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management system
• Collaborate with the installation and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, outdoor living, construction, or related industry
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of patio, decking, outdoor living products, or similar home improvement products is advantageous
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport essential for visiting client sites
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Professional presentation and appearance
