Patrolling Supervisor

ey Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned security sites.
• Verify guard attendance, deployment, uniform, grooming, and discipline.
• Ensure guards follow site instructions, SOPs, and client requirements.
• Identify absenteeism and arrange/recommend replacements or relievers promptly.
• Conduct spot checks during day and night shifts.
• Report incidents, violations, complaints, and operational issues immediately.
• Maintain patrol and site inspection reports.
• Coordinate with Operations Controllers regarding manpower and site requirements.
• Brief and guide guards on their duties and performance expectations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and support incident management.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and security staff.
• Ensure proper handover/takeover between shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor/Patrolling Supervisor in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of security operations and incident reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• SIRA certification preferred/required depending on deployment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and conduct day/night patrols.

Pay: AED1,522.63 - AED2,500.00 per month
