We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pattern Maker to join our dynamic design and manufacturing team. Responsibilities

• Develop and create accurate patterns traditional drafting techniques, ensuring they align with design specifications and size grading standards
• Translate design sketches into flat patterns, incorporating seam allowances, darts, pleats, and other construction details
• Conduct measurements for quality control purposes, verifying pattern accuracy and garment fit against technical specifications
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to refine patterns based on fitting sessions, fabric behavior, and manufacturing requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in pattern making, including flat pattern making, drafting, and fabric cutting techniques
• Strong knowledge of fabric materials like leather and textiles used in garment manufacturing
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in measurements, pattern adjustments, and finished prototypes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, sketches, and measurement charts accurately
• Solid understanding of garment construction principles including sewing techniques and pattern grading processes
