Pattern Maker

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in creating, modifying, and checking garment patterns.
• Knowledgeable in garment construction, sizing, fitting, and fabric behavior.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurement specifications, and design instructions.
• Skilled in manual and/or computerized pattern making.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify pattern accuracy before production.
• Knowledge in grading, marker making, and pattern revisions.
• Able to coordinate effectively with the Cutting, Sewing, and Quality Control departments.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting production deadlines.
• Ability to identify and resolve fitting and production-related issues.
• With at least 3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment industry.
• Responsible, organized, and quality-oriented.
