Pattern Maker

Job Summary

Responsible for developing accurate and production-ready garment patterns based on design specifications, measurements, technical drawings, and approved samples. Ensures patterns meet fit, construction, measurement, grading, and production requirements while minimizing fabric consumption, defects, and production issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Garment Technology, Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a garment pattern maker, preferably from a BRA manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, measurements, grading, and pattern development.
• Experience with CAD pattern-making systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of different fabrics, including woven, knit, stretch, lace, and elastic materials.
• Good understanding of garment specifications and technical packs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
