Responsibilities
To analyse the tech-pack given by the marketing department.
To prepare base pattern considering the customer needs.
To organize proto-sample and send to customer through marketing department for approval.
To rework on the proto-sample, as per feedback received from the customer.
To get size set samples prepared and send it through marketing department for approval.
To prepare pre-production samples based on the size set approval.
To guide cutters regarding size set for understanding the tech-pack and prepare pattern by giving stiching allowances.
To take active part in implementing Quality Management System as per the documented procedures
To actively participate in fire fighting and first-aid training.
To carry out any other job as per the situation.
