- Pattern Generation & Adjustment: Generate new patterns and adjust customer patterns as needed.
- Pattern Creation: Develop patterns based on R&D collections and various sample types, including proto, promo, and size set samples.
- Shrinkage Analysis: Determine shrinkage by evaluating the shrinkage swatch and make decisions based on historical data.
- Pattern Grading: Grade full pattern sets from sample sizes, ensuring accuracy.
- Fit & Styling: Ensure patterns are created according to size charts and production feasibility, considering fit and styling.
- Deadline Management & Reporting: Meet daily deadlines, maintain records, and manage quality reports.
