Experienced Paving Equipment Operator – Heavy Construction
We are seeking a skilled Paving Operator to join Kyle Conti Construction, a well-established heavy civil construction contractor specializing in roadways, highways, and large-scale paving projects.

Who We're Looking For:

We are hiring an experienced Paving Equipment Operator to join our paving crew.

If you’re a true operator who knows the work, understands production paving, and has the skills to run with a seasoned crew, we want to hear from you.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years operating paving equipment in a heavy construction setting
• Proficient in running one or more of the following:
• Pavers
• Milling Machines (Millers)
• Rollers
• Ability to work efficiently with a crew on active roadways or large-scale commercial paving jobs
• Knowledge of paving mix, compaction, smoothness, and job-site communication
• Must be able to perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Understands production timelines and can operate under tight schedules without sacrificing quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Must be comfortable with early morning starts, long days, and seasonal work hours
• Execute paving tasks with precision to ensure high-quality surfaces.
• Operate various types of heavy equipment, including excavators, loaders, and dump trucks, to support construction activities.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery and working on-site.
