Paving Foreman – Ready for Your Next Opportunity?

Eastern States Construction Service is looking for an experienced Paving Foreman who is already successful in the field but ready for a better opportunity and the next step in their career.

We perform public and private heavy construction work and are looking for a proven foreman who can take ownership of a paving operation, lead a crew, and deliver quality work.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading a paving crew
• Strong knowledge of paving, rolling, grading, compaction, and production
• Experience coordinating crews, equipment, trucking, and materials
• Ability to read plans, understand grades, and meet project specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done

What Sets You Apart

You know how to run the work, not just supervise it.

You can plan the day, keep your crew productive, solve problems in the field, work with project management and inspectors, and take pride in the finished product.

Looking for Your Next Move?

You don’t have to be unemployed to be looking for a better opportunity.

If you’re an experienced Paving Foreman who has built a solid reputation and is ready to see what the next step could look like, we want to talk to you.
