Paving Laborer/Operator

Overview:

Clauser Contracting is a family owned, rapidly growing business based in Chalfont, PA. We specialize in paving and concrete work, and we are looking to expand our paving crew. This position is a great opportunity for someone skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to asphalt paving.

Responsibilities:

• Asphalt labor: site preparation, milling, paving, compaction, and all aspects of the paving process
• Operating heavy machinery, including paver, roller, and skid steer
• Use of rake and lute
• General understanding of paving processes
• Occasional work on our concrete crew when necessary - no concrete experience necessary

Qualifications:

• Asphalt paving experience (required)
• Reliable and knowledgeable in the field (required)
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members (required)
• Driver’s License (required)

Compensation:

• $28-$35 per hour depending on experience

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
