We’re looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our PaveSmart team—no prior experience required.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to break into the civil and infrastructure industry and build a long-term career.

You’ll work on major projects including highways, motorways, and airports, using advanced technology to support high-precision asphalt paving.

Full training provided. Strong pathway to permanent employment and career progression.

What You’ll Do

• Work on-site with experienced teams on major infrastructure projects
• Support asphalt paving using advanced PaveSmart technology
• Communicate with operators and site crews to ensure accuracy
• Assist with setup of control systems and site equipment

About You

• No experience required – training provided
• Keen to work outdoors in a hands-on role
• Flexible to work varied hours (day/night/weekends/travel)
• Driver’s licence required
• White Card (or willingness to obtain – we’ll cover the cost)
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
• Willing to undertake pre-employment medical
