Pay Roll executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle monthly payroll processing
• Operate and maintain AutoCount Payroll System
• Manage employee attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and leave records
• Prepare payroll reports and monthly reconciliation
• Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and other statutory contributions
• Prepare EA Forms and payroll-related documentation
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records
• Liaise with HR, Finance and Operations regarding payroll matters
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ payroll/HR experience preferred
• Familiar with Malaysian payroll and employment statutory requirements
• Good Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to handle confidential information
• Able to manage payroll for a large workforce / multiple sites will be an advantage
