Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in healthcare payer data modeling .
• Proven hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler — mandatory .
• Strong knowledge of transactional and dimensional data modeling .
• Experience designing logical and physical data models.
• Understanding of relational database concepts, normalization, denormalization, and data architecture principles.
• Exposure to Snowflake and/or Databricks .
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical data models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
