What they need
About the role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented payment and disbursement analyst to join our Accounting Team in Makati City.
Key responsibilities
- Process company payments and disbursements
- Review invoices and payment documents
- Monitor cash and bank accounts
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, employees, and crew
- Maintain accurate and complete disbursement records
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related course
- Knowledge of accounts payable and basic accounting
- One to Two years of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
