Payment & Settlement Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage client fund transfers and withdrawals across various payment providers and e-wallet platforms.

• Monitor payment activities, investigate failed transactions, and coordinate resolutions with the Operations team.

• Execute foreign currency exchanges between banks, payment providers, and cryptocurrency platforms.

• Monitor payment performance, gather feedback, identify operational improvements, and recommend workflow enhancements.

• Maintain accurate transaction records while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and operational standards.

• Deliver a high level of service by handling payment requests with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

• Provide timely support and respond to payment-related enquiries from internal departments, ensuring accurate information and efficient issue resolution.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex, Banking, Payments, Settlement, Financial Services, or a similar operational environment is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Must be willing and able to work on a monthly rotating shift schedule, Monday to Friday, with a monthly rotational shift:

  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Strong understanding of financial transactions and excellent numerical accuracy.

• Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and proactively resolve operational problems.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
