The Role

As a Payment & Settlement Executive, you’ll support day-to-day payment processing, reconciliation, and settlement activities. This is an entry-level role where you’ll learn end-to-end financial operations and gradually take ownership of key processes.

You’ll work closely with senior team members and gain exposure to real operational workflows in a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Do

Payment Operations

Assist in processing daily payments and settlements.

Monitor transaction statuses and flag failed or pending payments.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Reconciliation & Support

Support daily and monthly reconciliation tasks.

Help investigate discrepancies and prepare reports.

Assist in audit and compliance documentation.

Process & Learning

Follow SOPs and internal controls.

Learn payment systems and operational tools.

Suggest small improvements to workflows over time.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Responsible, organised, and able to follow processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Internship or part-time experience in finance or operations.
• Interest in fintech or financial services.
• Familiar with basic accounting concepts.
• Mandarin speaker would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
