Payment Associate

The Payments Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, monitoring, validating, and reporting of payments / payment collections of all assigned accounts. This position handles resolution of inquiries, requests and / or complaints regarding payment-related concerns.  They closely coordinate the timely settlement of bills and other charges; the position also assists in facilitating settlement of bills by offering other payment options.  The Payment Associate fosters a positive relationship with new and existing customers and builds strong partnerships among segments and other offices.
