Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Payment Engineer with strong expertise in NoSQL

databases, Java, REST APIs, Kafka, and streaming platforms to design and manage scalable,

secure, and high-performance payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable payment processing systems.
• Implement and manage end-to-end payment flows including authorization, capture, settlement,

refunds, and reversals.

• Integrate with payment gateways and networks (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Adyen, UPI).
• Build real-time transaction systems ensuring high throughput and low latency.
• Develop database architectures (SQL & NoSQL) optimized for high-volume transactions.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across distributed systems.
• Implement Kafka-based event-driven processing and streaming pipelines.
• Handle failure scenarios, retries, idempotency, and reconciliation.
• Optimize query performance and data partitioning.
• Maintain PCI-DSS and regulatory compliance.

Technical Skills-

• Databases: NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
• Programming: Java.
• Streaming: Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink, Kinesis.
• API: RESTful services.
• Architecture: Distributed systems, microservices, event-driven design.
