Payment Gateway Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily payment gateway transactions and operational activities.
• Handle transaction disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and related cases.
• Follow up with merchants and payment partners on outstanding cases.
• Assist with daily transaction and settlement reconciliation.
• Check and investigate failed, pending, or abnormal transactions.
• Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
• Ensure dispute cases and supporting documents are submitted within the required timelines.
• Respond to merchant enquiries regarding transactions, settlements, and disputes.
• Escalate unusual transactions or operational issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain proper records and documentation.
• Perform other payment operations duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of working experience; experience in fintech, banking, payment gateway, or e-commerce is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Basic Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers and transaction records.
• Responsible, organised, and able to follow up on cases independently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Willing to learn about payment gateway, acquiring, disputes, and chargeback operations.

➢ Work Arrangement: This is an on-site position.

➢ Work Location: Menara Exchange 106, TRX (Tun Razak Exchange), Kuala Lumpur.

➢ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
