Payment Operations Executive (Remote)

About the role :

We are representing a high-growth client looking for a proactive and dependable Payment Operations Executive to manage and optimize relationships with third-party payment providers (PSPs) while ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient payment operations.

This is not a customer service or technical support role — it is an operations-focused position where you will oversee payment partners, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor transaction performance, and improve payment processes that directly impact business operations.

In this fully remote and fast-paced environment, your ability to stay organized, solve problems quickly, and build strong relationships with payment partners will play a critical role in maintaining stable payment channels and delivering an excellent transaction experience.

Experience:
Do you have experience in payment operations, fintech, e-wallets, banking, or operations coordination, preferably working with payment service providers or transaction processes?

Key Responsibilities: Your Operational Mission

Payment Partner Management

Source, onboard, and manage relationships with third-party payment providers while maintaining strong collaboration and supporting long-term partnership performance.

Payment Operations & Monitoring

Monitor daily credits and withdrawal transactions, payment performance, balances, and settlement activities to ensure smooth and reliable payment operations.

Issue Resolution & Coordination

Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and payment partners to investigate, coordinate, and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.

Process Optimization

Identify opportunities to improve payment workflows, operational processes, and transaction efficiency while supporting continuous operational improvements.

Performance & Risk Monitoring

Track payment performance, identify operational risks or irregularities, and proactively escalate issues to minimize business impact.
