Job Description

The Payment Processing Analyst will support payment processing operations by preparing payment packages, handling check-related activities, scanning documents, and communicating with taxing jurisdictions to obtain required information. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Education

• High School Diploma
• Some work experience

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
• Proficient in Internet Explorer
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team-player with a customer-centric attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Primary Duties

• Prepare packaging for payments
• Make calls to taxing jurisdictions requesting data
• Ensure postage requirements are met
• Scan and maintain payment-related images and documents
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate delays and issues promptly
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Assist team members when workload permits
