Payment Processing Associate

Position: Payment Staff

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 4-year course
• Amenable to working in Ayala, Makati
• Fresh graduates are welcome for training
• Average to excellent communication skills

Job Purpose:
The position is mainly responsible for the handling, processing, and release of reimbursement checks, sending of claims covering letters and claims data sheets, and preparation of Tracker Monitoring Reports for the following accounts, namely HCL, Starr, Western Union, Cebuana, Aggreko, and Cielo. Assisting the Payments Analyst in the handling of Liquidation of cash advances and report preparation too.

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Prepares and coordinates the transmittal/release of checks through mail, messenger, delivery, or pick-up of reimbursement checks.
• Handles the processing and sending of reimbursement checks of Members.
• Prints, collates, and sends claims covering letters and claims data sheets.
• Monitors and accounts for all pending reimbursement unclaimed checks.
• Coordinates the signing of checks with the offices of the authorized signatories to ensure safety, confidentiality, and timely payment to the members.
• Prepares deposit slips for check payments and deposits the same to the payee's account and ensures timely payment.
• Sends emails to members, Brokers, Sales, and clients regarding reimbursement check payments

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
