Payment Processing Associate (Remote) - Independent Service Provider

Job Summary

Process payments, payroll, and tax transactions remotely for Singapore-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Process client payments, including vendor invoices, payroll, and tax payments.
• Verify payment details and ensure accuracy before execution.
• Maintain records of all transactions and update financial systems accordingly.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment-related queries.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and identifying discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulations.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements when required.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in payment processing, accounts payable, or a similar accounting function is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote working environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Based in Indonesia.

Working Arrangement

• Remote / Work From Home (WFH).
• Working hours aligned with Singapore business hours.
• Reports to the Finance Team based in Singapore and Malaysia.
• Required to comply with company confidentiality, information security, and remote working policies at all times.
• The fee stated is an all-inclusive service fee. The service provider shall be responsible for all statutory contributions, taxes, insurance, and other obligations. No additional payments will be made beyond the stated fee.
