Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payment processing implementation projects.
- Gather customer requirements and coordinate implementation/testing.
- Guide customers on Mastercard processing rules and specifications.
- Manage multiple customer projects and cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- Cards & Payment Transaction Processing
- Mastercard Processing Systems
- MDES / MDES for Merchants
- 4-Party Payment Model & Transaction Lifecycle
- Customer Host/Interface Testing
- Project / Implementation Management
- Strong customer-facing & communication skills
Experience: 3-5 Years
Education: Bachelors degree in IT/CS/Business or equivalent
