Payment Collection Officer – Fresher

Job Role

The role involves contacting customers over the phone and following up regarding their **pending payments**. Customer details and required data will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities
* Make calls to customers using the data provided by the company.
* Inform customers about their pending payments.
* Politely follow up with customers and request them to clear their outstanding payments.
* Communicate payment-related details clearly to customers.
* Maintain proper follow-up records and update the status of calls.
* Handle customer queries related to pending payments professionally.

* Minimum **12th Pass** qualification.
* Good communication skills.
* Must be able to communicate in **Kannada and Hindi**.
* Basic English communication will be an advantage.
* Good convincing and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.
* Candidates should be comfortable working **from the office**.
