Payments Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in banking operations and wire payment processing. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and knowledge of international payment systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Operations experience
• At least 2 years of leadership/people management experience
• Bachelor’s/University degree is preferred
• Strong experience in banking operations
• Experience in payment processing / wire payments
• Knowledge of SWIFT, Fedwire, and CHIPS
• Experience with International Funds Transfer and FX Payments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good risk management and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in transition/process migration within a shared services environment is an advantage

Job Expectations

• Willing to work on any shift
• Amenable to a hybrid work setup in BGC, Taguig City
• Able to work flexible hours/working days when required

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
