The Company

Our client is an established organisation. They are based on the Northern Beaches and accessible by public transport. They are going through a significant operational change to positively transform and shape the finance function. Our client is passionate about their cause and possess a collaborative, low-hierarchy and friendly environment with a strong work ethic. Their leadership team is approachable and keen on building a strong future. Additionally, they also do offer some flexibility for hybrid WFH arrangement after training.

The Role

This is a permanent and full-time Payroll and Accounts Officer position where you will be responsible for the following:

• Accounts Payable - invoice processing, coding and payments runs
• Accounts Receivable – invoice preparation
• Payroll – managing the outsourced payroll function
• Bank reconciliations
• Assist with BAS preparation

Your Background

We are looking for candidates who fit the following profile:

• More than 3 years of local working experience in a similar role encompassing Payroll and AP
• Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills to deal with stakeholders
• Have full working rights in Australia (e.g. Citizenship, Permanent residency, etc)
• Live locally in the Northern Beaches catchment
