What they need
We are a small office looking for a self starting, detail oriented new team member to fill the position of
Construction Payroll Specialist
Duties Will include But are not limited to:
* Compiling Time Sheets from Foremen
* Creating Time Sheet in Excel
* Checking rates with unions monthly
* Interacting with Payroll Company to ensure rates, hours etc are correct
* Compiling union reports and making union due remittances
* Keeping Records of union reports with time sheets and records behind
* Double checking certified payrolls against time sheets. Scanning and uploading to cloud.
* Uploading bank registers to accountant
* Keeping track of all w4's and i'9s. Insuring they are correctly filled out and filed.
* Creating tax spreadsheet for each week
* Assisting with audits as necessary
* Uploading requisitions
*Some Human Resources work such as w2 and i9 compilation and storage
*Some basic accounting projects
** Other office related projects as necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
