Payroll Administrator

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator

to join our payroll division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients on payroll-related matters
• Collect and verify employee timesheets and attendance records
• Accurately calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and bonuses using payroll systems
• Prepare and distribute payroll statements (digital or printed)
• Ensure timely tax submissions and compliance with regulations
• Maintain up-to-date records on wages, benefits, new hires, and changes
• Address client inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
• Generate payroll reports for management, finance, and auditors

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
• 2–3 years of proven experience in payroll administration
• Solid knowledge of Greek labor legislation and payroll regulations
• Familiarity with payroll systems (experience with Epsilon Software is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
