Payroll Analyst – Brazil

We are hiring: Payroll Analyst – Brazil 🇧🇷

Join our team and support payroll operations for a global company in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This role is assigned to a multinational client.

Key Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles
• Background in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or similar
• Experience with payroll systems (SAP, Totvs, ADP or similar)
• Solid Excel skills

Preferred Knowledge:

• Brazilian payroll legislation (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, IRRF, CLT)
• Experience in shared services or regional payroll environments
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in Brazil

Key Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage high-volume payroll cycles under tight deadlines
• Analytical mindset to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Effective communication with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders

Languages:

• English (must) *Mandatory*
• Portuguese (preferred)
