Payroll Analyst

About the Role

The Payroll Analyst processes payroll accurately and on time while managing cost allocations and workforce reports. They partner with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and handle payroll inquiries confidentially.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process payroll
• Monitor payroll budget and release
• Update manpower monitoring
• Prepare HRD manpower reports
• Track days worked and assistance
• Handle payroll/manpower concerns
• Monitor billing, deductions, and rentals
• Monitor NOP costs and admin fees
• Support audits and payroll requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2–3 years’ payroll/accounting experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge of payroll, labor costing, and accounting
• Proficient in Excel, ERP, and payroll systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Company policy orientation
