Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile manual versus system generated payment runs and make the necessary adjustments to match them.
- Reconcile statutory deductions vs actual remittances and do the necessary follow-ups to address imbalances, including doing errands to government offices.
- Reconcile actual versus recorded payments to ensure bank statements and accounting records match.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be very detail oriented.
- Candidate must be comfortable navigating different government, bank, and salary platforms.
- Candidate must be adept working with MS Excel.
