Responsibilities

• Processes payroll within ADP Workforce Now, including bi-weekly timecard review and payroll data entry.
• Ensures accurate pay calculations within ADP for all commission candidates.
• Works directly with payroll team for bi-weekly payroll adjustments.
• Payroll size is 175+ employees including commission and out of state.
• Performs other tasks and projects as requested by the HR leadership team.
• Collaborate with department managers on timecard reporting, as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in business/accounting preferred/or something related
• Experience working in payroll department using ADP Workforce Now
• Strong attention to details
• Very good communications skill
• Strong MS Office experience
