Payroll Analyst

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, or a related field

• Min 2 years experienced in payroll processing and administration

• Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data analysis skills.

• Knowledgeable in Indonesian payroll tax regulations, including PPh 21, and BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.

• Holds Brevet A and B Tax Certification (Brevet Pajak A dan B).

• Experienced in payroll outsourcing management and administration.

• Experienced in managing employee health insurance administration, including coordination with insurance providers and handling employee insurance-related matters.

Job Descriptions:

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, overtime, incentives, and employee deductions.
• Verify, analyze, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure accurate calculation of employee income tax (PPh 21), BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare periodic payroll reports and labor cost analyses.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee payroll data and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and improve payroll processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
