Payroll Analyst

Pay Rate: $37.89/hour

Shift: Day shift, 100% Onsite

Duration: 3-6 months, Contract

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support payroll transformation initiatives, manage multi-country payrolls, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to accuracy, process improvement, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process complex payrolls across multiple countries
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations
• Prepare and submit required filings and reports (e.g., W-2, T4)
• Validate and audit payroll data prior to processing
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and workflow standardization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, or a minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience
• In-depth understanding of payroll regulations (U.S., Canada, LATAM)
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
• Proficiency with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or Dayforce (preferred)
• Spanish or Portuguese language abilities are advantageous
