Payroll Analyst (Global)

Overview

Atrium is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to support domestic and international payroll operations, ensure accurate and timely processing, resolve payroll issues, and assist with reconciliations and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll across multiple states and countries.
• Manage direct deposits, payroll inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Support payroll reconciliations, tax payments, and year-end activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and global payroll providers.
• Analyze payroll data and maintain compliance with applicable requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll experience, including international payroll operations (Latin America experience highly preferred).
• Experience with UKG and advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs).
• Knowledge of payroll accounting, tax compliance, and country-specific regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC).
