Job Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative Processes related to payment of salary (Employee), attendance, overtime, service charge. Include in administration process registration and updating of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan and Pension fund.
• Prepare the required document to the payment process related to payroll
• Conduct The administration related to employee loan Process and coordinate with related department.
• Prepare the data and budgeting for festive allowance
• Handling data into HR system and maintenance of employee information. Include in new hire, promotion, demotion, mutation, extension and termination of contracts.
• Providing information to all levels of employees regarding changes or updates to the system, policies, procedures and information.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Economy related.
• At least 1 - 2 Years experience as HR Generalist.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Administration & Documentation.
• Experience in using payroll program is a plus.
• High analytical thinking, high accuracy, high attention to detail.
• Trustworthy and willing to work under pressure.
• Willing to work at Pluit, North Jakarta.
