Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll & Compliance Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, employee data management, attendance inputs, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees.
• Handle attendance, leave, salary inputs, and payroll data.
• Ensure timely processing of monthly payroll.
• Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
• Prepare and maintain payroll and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for payroll-related queries.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory returns.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.

Candidate Requirements

• 13 years of relevant experience in Payroll & Compliance.
• Good knowledge of Indian Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
• Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws.
• Good knowledge of Excel and payroll processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Graduate in any discipline.
