Payroll and GA supervisor

New Office Location; ซอยตรอกวัดจันทร์ใน ถนนเจริญราษฎร์ 10 แขวงบางโคล่ เขตบางคอแหลม กทม.

Working Policy; Mon-Fri (08.30-17.30)

Key responsibilities

• Supervise cycle-based payroll processing via TigerSoft, monitor hourly/daily wage accuracy, and oversee non-standard payouts for consultants and freelancers
• Direct daily monitoring across HRM, Lark, and Web Attendance platforms to maintain data sync, contract archiving, and specialized worker documentation
• Oversee offboarding processes and manage Social Security and Provident Fund updates, and issue formal warning letters or official certificates in compliance with labor laws
• Supervise distribution and return of company assets and uniforms for onboarding and offboarding employees
• Review reimbursement processing for central staff expenses, People team travel, and company-wide parking
• Guide and mentor team members, follow up with department managers on pending inputs, and support performance evaluation cycles

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll and HR Operations, with prior experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processing and off-payroll payouts for freelancers and consultants
• Ability to guide, train, and review the work of junior HR team members
