What they need
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, allowances, and deductions to ensure salary accuracy
- Ensure compliance with Singapore statutory requirements such as CPF, SDL, and IRAS tax regulations to maintain legal adherence
- Maintain and update employee payroll records in the HR/payroll system to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Respond professionally and promptly to payroll-related queries from employees to provide clear and timely information
- Prepare payroll reports and management reports to support financial oversight
- Provide necessary payroll documentation to support internal and external audits for transparency and accountability
- Administer employee benefits, claims, and leave records accurately to maintain up-to-date employee information
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of payroll records to facilitate easy retrieval and compliance verification
- Assist in HR administrative duties as assigned to support overall HR operations and team effectiveness
