Payroll & HR Services Manager

Delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely Payroll and HR operational services. The scope includes end-to-end payroll operations, HR administration, compliance, employee support, and service delivery management to external clients.

Responsibilities:

Client’s Payroll Services

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

• Validate inputs (timekeeping, allowances, deductions, benefits, variable pay).

• Handle statutory compliance (tax, social security, provident fund).

• Prepare payroll reports and support audits.

• Manage off-cycle payroll and employee inquiries.

Client’s HR Services

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding administration and Client’s employee documentation.

• Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy.

• Provide HR service desk support for policies, benefits, employment letters and others which is related.

• Administer benefits, leave, and employee welfare programs.

• Ensure service quality, SLAs, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration. And experience servicing external clients (BPO, shared services, HR outsourcing) is a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of Thailand labor law , payroll regulations, and statutory requirements (SSO, PF, tax).

• Good command of English and Thai in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office.

• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality and high level of integrity and professionalism.
