Job description -
Will have to visit sites regularly but will be placed in HO (Client place )
- Onboarding Candidates - Document collection, releasing offer letters & appointment letters, and conducting induction.
- Collect attendance from respective managers/stakeholders.
- Prepare the billing sheet as per the attendance data.
- Take approval on the billing sheet.
- Preparing invoices and taking approvals on it
- Once invoices are approved, Process for payout.
- Sharing Salary slips with candidates
- Collect PF & ESIC challans and share with client on the TAT.
- Maintain FNF data, obtain approvals, and release payments.
- End to end HR Operation.
