- Reviewing timesheets and payroll information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records.
- Responding to payroll enquiries from employees and managers in a professional and timely manner.
- Reconciling payroll data and investigating discrepancies.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities to support a positive employee experience.
- Maintaining employee information within P&C and payroll systems, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including Police Vetting checks and filing.

- Supporting process improvements, and payroll or P&C projects.
What experience/skills you will bring?
- Previous experience in New Zealand payroll administration, ideally with exposure to general P&C administration.
- Knowledge of New Zealand payroll legislation and requirements
- Experience using payroll and HR systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage payroll deadlines, timesheet processes, and competing priorities.
- Experience maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and preparing employment-related documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, with sound numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees and managers.
- A proactive, organised, and service-focused approach, with a willingness to support wider P&C initiatives and process improvements.
