Job Location: Vadodara

Key Responsibilities

• Lead centralized payroll operations across all locations/entities.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions and F&F.
• Standardize payroll processes, controls and SOPs across locations.
• Manage payroll MIS, reconciliation, reports and employee queries.
• Ensure statutory payroll compliance and coordinate with consultants/auditors.
• Drive payroll automation, system improvements and process efficiency.
• Manage payroll data integrity, system controls and monthly payroll closure.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT and business teams for smooth payroll operations.

Candidate Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
• Experience in centralized/multi-location payroll management.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Payroll/HRMS systems and payroll automation.
• Good knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws and statutory compliance.
