Payroll Assistant

• Check the attendance in the time attendance system and record overtime to the worksheet.
• Update leave records to the worksheet and system.
• Liaise with the other department head about attendance and payroll issues.
• Maintain and update the employee files and record accurately and safe keeping of the important and confidential files and HR documentation filing.
• Update employee medical cost to the worksheet.
• Prepare the documents, forms or letter for all the human resources activities such as letter to new or resign employee, confirmation, termination, show cause letter, warning letter etc.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
• Check and validate to ensure the payroll transactions and all employees’ claim are prepared accurately and on time.
• Prepare and distribute the pay-slip.
• Submit LHDN CP22 form for new employee, CP22A form for resigned employee and CP21 form for employee who leaving Malaysia more than 3 months.
• Submit new employee employment contract and contract staff new contract for LHDN stamping.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least Diploma level in Human Resources
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal, good communication, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
