Payroll Assistant

As a Payroll Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data. This position is critical to maintaining smooth payroll operations during a busy period and will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain compliance.

Your new role

• Accurately input payroll data, including timesheet information, into the payroll system.
• Ensure timely completion of payroll processes to meet fortnightly deadlines.
• Process reimbursements, new starters, and exits in line with company policy.
• Respond to employee payroll queries via email and phone.

Prioritise tasks effectively during the payroll cycle and resolve issues promptly

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar payroll role.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
